Kveik Cryo Oaty DDH Pale Ale (A)

Mashed with an oat mix including Malted, Flaked and Golden Naked. We double dry hopped with Mosaic, Sabro and Citra. Fermented with “Kveik”, a Norwegian farmhouse yeast which brings a funky fruit vibe to the creaminess from the oats.

Pina Colada Sour IPA (Not suitable for vegans) (A,G)

A juicy & refreshing Sour IPA with Joghurt, Pineapple and coconut.
Double dry hopped with Bru1, Sabro, Ahhhroma and Zamba in the mix. Each of hops bring fruit flavours between apple, swèet, stone fruit along with spice and cream caramel.

Bock de Belgique F.C. (A)

Mashed with Abbey and Carabelge, both of which are typically not used with the “Lager style yeast” (Carabelge normally used for Whiskey). Double dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, Saphir and Barbe Rouge. Each of the hops adding their own aromatic notes to the mix including citrus, spice, sweet fruit and herbs along with the honey and nuttiness from the malt.

Slipper Pale Ale (A)

Slipper session ale will transport you on the hoppy side of the tracks. You will love the packed punch by Citra hops hunted down with passion fruit aromas by Galaxy hops and the lemon spikes by Sorachi Ace. The malt back bone is Vienna Malt and 2-row – to keep us focused on the green cones. We kept the alcohol content at 5.2.
