Andys Yuzu Lavender Gose (Not suitable for vegans) (A,G)

Fermented with LAX yeast allowing the other components to shine through. Hopped with Citra but being a Gose it gets more interesting,
As always Sea Salt and coriander, but this year our twist is with Yuzu juice and Lavender flowers making it a very easy swallow.

Dry hopped 33.3% with Strata, Dolcita and Cryo Krush. Fermented with Philly combined with a special yeast from the garden of Ireland.

Slipper Pale Ale (A)

Slipper session ale will transport you on the hoppy side of the tracks. You will love the packed punch by Citra hops hunted down with passion fruit aromas by Galaxy hops and the lemon spikes by Sorachi Ace. The malt back bone is Vienna Malt and 2-row – to keep us focused on the green cones. We kept the alcohol content at 5.2.
