The Malt Bill is actually taken from a classic APA (American Pale Ale), the Hop Bill is suitable for in IPA (India Pale Ale), the Hops itself ist he NZ Breed Riwaka, the Yeast is actually our own Weissbier Strain.

 “This is our example of a classical Vienna style lager, rarely seen in the world today. Brewed using three different malts, this beer displays a distinct caramel malt character and was traditionally brewed in Austria before brewers in Czechoslovakia invented the gold coloured Czech Pilsen. This is a medium bodied lager with a low hop bitterness and a mild caramel like sweetness.”

LEMON HEAD / Light Summer Ale by Martin Simion

Brewed with loads of Lemon Grass and Lime Leaves this beer is the appropriate refreshment for the hot summer days we are having this time of the year.
The lower original gravity (Stammwürze) and alcohol content of ~4.6% will makes sure you keep a cool head...
Finished with Hops that are also supposed to contribute a fruity citrus-like finish to the Beer (Amarillo, Centennial & Cascade all from the US of A) we added just a bit of bitterness to this special brew.
