Equatorial Pale Ale “pimped & spiced – blonde &hoppy”

This fine brew was created to bring some sunshine in the pre Christmas days of grey sky’s and hectic shopping bonanza.  We went all the way south of the equator to bring you a taste of African Beer Culture – Equatorial Pale Ale is inspired by the drinkability of Blonde Equatorial Beers, but “pimped” up to give you the full 1516 flavour spectrum. We bent the 2-row barley malt grist bill with sugar beet/cane, derived syrup, to give us extra RPM %  – typical for African beers. The Hop Aroma is a medley of New Zealand Hops – with the Motueka variety bringing the dominant signature – being a new world derivate of Saaz hops. We also spiced up the recipe with African Coriander and Hail. Don’t know what Hail is? Well than you may not deserve this beer...The Arabic world also calls it habbu al-hal. Get it now?  No we didn’t get our Hail from Africa but from the Naschmarkt. Whatever, it is bloody expensive and adds a fine, distinct dimension to the citrusy coriander seeds.                                                     Enjoy the festive season..pimped+spiced+ blonde and hoppy

EEJIT`s OATMEAL STOUT                                                     (WHOLE LEAF HOPPED)

Other than a Draft Dry Stout, which are low in gravity & just have 1 hop edition, Oatmeal Stouts are a bit heavier: & because it`s us brewing, we added 2 more hop editions. & we enjoyed doing that so so much, that we used whole leaf Cascade. Cos nobody else ever did. & of course it contains oatmeal. Eejit`s Oatmeal Stout. Brewed by Eejit`s for Eejit`s. Eejit is an Irish slang word for moron
