Borracho y Loco New Mexico Lager (A)

Dry hopped with Polaris, Zappa, Citra and Lemondrop plus an infusion of Lime leaves and skins. We also added all the juices plus extra sea salt.

It’s a SMASH (single malt and single hop) Mashed with solely floor malted bohemian pilsner malt and using Cryo Krush through to the final “Biotransformation”

Double dry hopped with Superdelic, Bru 1 and Idaho 7. Fermented with Verdant yeast bringing extra life to the hops during the Biotransformation process.

Slipper Pale Ale (A)

Slipper session ale will transport you on the hoppy side of the tracks. You will love the packed punch by Citra hops hunted down with passion fruit aromas by Galaxy hops and the lemon spikes by Sorachi Ace. The malt back bone is Vienna Malt and 2-row – to keep us focused on the green cones. We kept the alcohol content at 5.2.
