“Kissed from a Rose” Lemondrop sour IPA (A)

Lemondrop offers a "unique lemon-citrus character with a pleasant aroma." The bright citrus and subtle herbaceous notes are perfect for sessionable beers. While ales tend to bring out her sweeter side we used a wild yeast strain bringing the sourness. We also added lemon peels and rosemary for extra naughty flavours.

Amber Ale fermented with Alt yeast from Düsseldorf, hopped with Spalter Spalt & Spalter Select

Kölsch in disguise. Hopped with Loral plus Tango in the dry hopping. We also added Cascade and Bru 1 during the Bio-Transformation process

La Dolcita Vita single hop IPA. (A)

Hopped soley with Dolcita from kettle,dry hopping into the “Bio-Trans” process. With it’s complex profile of stone fruit, tropical, and sweet aromatics. It is known for flavors and aromas of peach rings, caramelized pineapple, coconut, and orange, with a creamy, cocktail-like quality often compared to a piña colada or daiquiri.

Slipper Pale Ale (A)

Slipper session ale will transport you on the hoppy side of the tracks. You will love the packed punch by Citra hops hunted down with passion fruit aromas by Galaxy hops and the lemon spikes by Sorachi Ace. The malt back bone is Vienna Malt and 2-row – to keep us focused on the green cones. We kept the alcohol content at 5.2.
