Ahhhroma™ Single hop DDH NE IPA. (A)

Ahhhroma™ is a bold tropical fruit flavored hop, specifically pineapple, pear, mango and lime, that has been described as a reminder of a Piña Colada, with additional notes of stone fruit, watermelon and hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. An ideal hop for dry-hopping, it also provides an efficient balanced bitterness.

East meets West Coast Dry hopped IPA (A)

Hopped with Centennial, Talus, Comet, Citra and Sabro, with extra Simcoe Cryo used in the dry hopping stage. Each of the hops bring the flavours and aromas which are typical of the style however, we fermented with New England yeast in a mix making it Atypical

Slipper Pale Ale (A)

Slipper session ale will transport you on the hoppy side of the tracks. You will love the packed punch by Citra hops hunted down with passion fruit aromas by Galaxy hops and the lemon spikes by Sorachi Ace. The malt back bone is Vienna Malt and 2-row – to keep us focused on the green cones. We kept the alcohol content at 5.2.
